目的 通过对 43例儿童癫痫患儿单光子发射计算机断层扫描 (SPECT)与脑电图 (EEG)及CT结果对比分析 ,评价SPECT脑血流显像在癫痫定位诊断中的价值。方法 43例儿童癫痫发作间期进行了99mTC -ECDSPECT ,EEG及CT扫描检查。结果 SPECT异常阳性率高达 72 % ,明显高于CT阳性率 14 % (P <0 0 1)和EEG的阳性率 60 % (P <0 0 5 )。癫痫病灶的分布 ,以颞叶最多 ,SPECT定位诊断优于EEG(P <0 0 1) ,有产伤及脑外伤儿童的SPECT异常率高于其他病因的儿童患者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 SPECT对儿童癫痫病灶有较高的定位诊断价值。
Objective To compare the value of single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), electroencephalogram (EEG) and computed tomography (CT) in 43 children with epilepsy and evaluate the value of SPECT cerebral blood flow imaging in the diagnosis of epilepsy. Methods 43 cases of children with seizure interval 99mTC-ECDSPECT, EEG and CT scan. Results The positive rate of SPECT was as high as 72%, which was significantly higher than that of CT (14%, P <0.01) and 60% (P <0 05). The distribution of epilepsy was highest in the temporal lobe and SPECT was better than that in the EEG (P <0.01). The abnormal rate of SPECT was higher in children with traumatic and traumatic brain injury than in other etiologies (P <0.05). Conclusion SPECT has a higher value of localization diagnosis in children with epilepsy.
