以天津永和大桥为背景,介绍了既有PC斜拉桥换索工程中的关键技术问题,包括新索索力的确定、索力控制误差、换索次序及换索工况、换索施工监测方法等。依据换索后的检测结果,介绍了新索索力调整的目标、原则以及计算方法,并对换索后的实际效果进行了分析。永和大桥的换索工程实践表明,换索是改善桥跨结构状态的有效措施。
