With the process of urbanization, great changes have taken place in the family, and the understanding and grasping of such changes by the media, government and society have a direct impact on the future development of the society. In Japan, in recent years, people have come to feel the reality of so-called “family collapse” comes from the public opinions of news stories that have been operated through stories. What is behind this is the change in the value norms (basic topics) of different ages. In fact, there is a great deal of uncertainty between the fact that Japan’s post-war family changes and people feel the real. In recent years, Japan’s killing children, widowers, child abusers and suicide rates have shown a downward trend, which is far from the surge of media propaganda. During this particular historical period before the war, the only dependency on the blood-family consciousness and the non-intimidating social norms were intensified, which was the main reason for the increase of “parent-child death” during this period.
