本刊讯:2014年7月22日下午,湖北白云边酒业股份有限公司在技术中心会议室召开了2014年度酿造试验工艺总结大会。会上,技术质量部工艺组对机械化试验、推迟投料试验以及安琪酿酒曲试验进行了全面总结,从化验数据、产量及质量等方面与常规班组进行了对比分析。从各项数据分析看:机械化试验和推迟投料试验均达到预期效果,产量和质量与常规班组基本持平;安琪酿酒曲试验成功,比阿米诺酶效果要更好。随后,技术中心、酿造车间和生产安全部分别对试验班组原酒质量、产量情况等方面进行了总结。公司高管熊小毛、郑年华、杨团元、裴德一参加
