运用QCT测定46例正常老年男性以及36例确诊为2型糖尿病的老年男性患者的腰椎松质骨密度,检测糖化血红蛋白(糖尿病组)、胰岛素及C肽(空腹及餐后2小时)、性激素、血钙、磷、总碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素及尿脱氧吡啶啉、尿钙、磷。结果①老年男性2型糖尿病组骨密度与年龄和体重指数匹配的对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);②老年2型糖尿病组BGP水平明显高于老年正常对照组(P<0.01);③男性糖尿病组LH、FSH均高于男性对照组,而E2水平则低于对照组(P<0.01),T水平无差别(P>0.05)。结论老年男性2型糖尿病患者与正常老年男性相比骨密度无明显差异,且老年男性2型糖尿病患者骨形成指标(BGP)明显高于正常老年男性。
The lumbar vertebral cancellous bone mineral density (BMD) was measured by QCT in 46 normal elderly men and 36 elderly men diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. The levels of HbA1c, insulin and C peptide (fasting and postprandial 2 hours), sex hormones, Blood calcium, phosphorus, total alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin and urine deoxypyridine, urinary calcium, phosphorus. Results ① There was no significant difference in bone mineral density between age - matched and age - matched BMI group in elderly male type 2 diabetic patients (P> 0.05). ② BGP level in elderly type 2 diabetic patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls (P <0.01). ③ The levels of LH and FSH in male diabetic group were higher than those in male control group, while E2 level was lower than that in control group (P <0.01). There was no difference in T level (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference in bone mineral density between elderly men with type 2 diabetes mellitus and normal elderly men, and the bone formation index (BGP) in elderly men with type 2 diabetes mellitus is significantly higher than that in normal elderly men.
