目的:优选钩藤碱缓释滴丸的制备工艺。方法:采用正交设计优化了药液温度、辅料用量比例及冷凝液温度和滴速等工艺条件,制备钩藤碱缓释滴丸,并初步研究其成型工艺。结果:所得缓释滴丸在pH 1.2盐酸和pH 6.8磷酸盐缓冲液及模拟胃肠道介质中的体外释药行为相似,不受pH变化影响。
Objective: To optimize the preparation of rhynchophylline sustained-release dropping pills. Methods: Orthogonal design was used to optimize the drug solution temperature, the proportion of excipients and the condensate temperature and drip rate. The rhynchophylline sustained-release dropping pills were prepared and the forming process was preliminary studied. Results: The in vitro release behaviors of the obtained sustained-release dropping pills in vitro in pH 1.2 hydrochloric acid and pH 6.8 phosphate buffer and in simulated gastrointestinal medium were not affected by pH changes.
