众所周知,在焊接结构的生产制造过程中,由于工序间传递或运往工地组装,致使生产周期较长,这样往往会引起待焊处的锈蚀,影响焊接施工进行。为了确保焊接质量,施焊前必须进行烦琐的除锈工作,这样不仅增加了工作量、延长生产周期,而且还提高了产品成本。因此,产品待焊处的防锈问题已成为一个急待解决的难题。为此,我所研制了“F型防锈可焊性涂料”。该涂料经生产单位试用证明:涂料为中性涂料,在施焊时不会引起焊缝熔敷金属化学成分及其扩散氢
