本文研究了接触低水平铅男工的性机能和生殖结局状况。接铅组性机能障碍发生率为11.80%,对照组为4.48%,两组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01),早泄(11.80%)、性欲减退或无性兴奋性(14.6%)的发生率也显著高于对照组(4.93%、4.04%)。性机能障碍和早泄发生率有随工龄增加而增高的趋势(P<0.05、P<0.01)。接铅男工妻子的自然流产率(9.50%)、死胎死产率(2.23%)和不育率(8.43%)也分别高于对照组(5.52%、0.48%、2.69%)。自然流产率的增高主要表现为早期自然流产率的增高,发生率与对照组比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析显示,铅接触是自然流产率、死胎死产率和不育率增高的唯一危险因素(P<0.01)。
This article studies the sexual function and reproductive outcome of male workers exposed to low levels of lead. The incidence of lead-induced dysfunction was 11.80% in the control group and 4.48% in the control group, with significant differences between the two groups (P <0.01), premature ejaculation (11.80%), loss of libido or asexual excitability (14.6%) was also significantly higher than the control group (4.93%, 4.04%). The incidence of sexual dysfunction and premature ejaculation tended to increase with increasing length of service (P <0.05, P <0.01). The spontaneous abortion rate (9.50%), the stillbirth rate (2.23%) and the infertility rate (8.43%) of the married women who received the lead were also higher than those of the control group (5.52%, 0. 48%, 2.69%). The increase of spontaneous abortion mainly manifested as an increase of early spontaneous abortion rate. The incidence of spontaneous abortion was significantly different from the control group (P <0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that lead exposure was the only risk factor for spontaneous abortion rate, stillbirth rate and infertility rate (P <0.01).
