变形监测对于建筑物的安全运营具有重要作用,科学、准确、及时地分析和预报建筑物的变形状况,对建筑物的施工和运营管理极为重要。本文以实际工程为例,对建筑物变形监测的数据进行分析,利用大厦主体沉降过程曲线及等值线图来分析主体沉降各个阶段的原因。分析结果表明,施工各阶段,建筑物主体体沉降速率及幅度均较小,各点沉降基本均匀。文章最后利用多项式线性回归分析对大厦主体完工后的沉降曲线进行拟合,并预测未来的沉降趋势,得出建筑物封顶后300天内,没有其他外力作用影响下建筑物将保持稳定状态的结论。
Deformation monitoring plays an important role in the safe operation of buildings. It is very important to analyze and forecast the deformation of buildings in a scientific, accurate and timely manner, which is very important for the construction and operation management of buildings. In this paper, the actual project as an example, building deformation monitoring data analysis, the use of the main building settlement curve and contour map to analyze the reasons for the main stages of subsidence. The analysis results show that the sedimentation rate and amplitude of the main body of the building are small at all stages of construction and the settlement of each point is basically uniform. At the end of the article, polynomial linear regression analysis is used to fit the subsidence curve after the completion of the main building and predict the future subsidence tendency. The conclusion is reached that the building will remain stable under the effect of no other external forces within 300 days after the building is capped.
