核因子-κB在变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜上皮细胞的活化和意义

目的 探讨核因子-κB(NF-κB)在变应性鼻炎鼻黏膜炎症中的作用.方法 选取10例变应性鼻炎患者和6例非变应性鼻炎患者的鼻黏膜进行免疫组织化学和凝胶电泳迁移率检查,观察NF-κB在鼻黏膜上皮细胞的表达及NF-κB与DNA的结合活性.结果 变应性鼻炎组患者均存在鼻黏膜炎症反应,NF-κB的亚单位p50在鼻黏膜上皮细胞核中高表达;变应性鼻炎组NF-κB DNA结合的32P标记电泳带密度扫描值(32.1±12.1)与对照组(6.3±2.1)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 变应性鼻炎组鼻黏膜上皮细胞核中NF-κB亚单位p50高表达,且与DNA蛋白结合活性增高,提示NF-κB参与鼻黏膜炎症反应,并发挥重要作用.
