碳金融是基于环境友好型社会提出的一种新型金融运作模式,在全国多省市建立碳排放权交易制度和碳排放交易市场的试点的背景下,本文以新疆维吾尔族自治区的碳金融作为研究对象,研究了新疆发展碳金融的可行性并给出了预期的发展模式。在综合考虑了新疆维吾尔族自治区的碳排放现状、目前发展碳金融主要方式、发展碳金融的优势以及制约因素之后,认为在有必要在新疆发展碳排放交易并建立区域性的碳金融交易市场。
Carbon finance is based on a new type of financial operation mode put forward by environment-friendly society. Under the background of setting up a pilot carbon emission trading system and a carbon trading market in many provinces and cities in China, this paper takes carbon finance in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example Object, studied the feasibility of developing carbon finance in Xinjiang and gave the expected development mode. Considering the present situation of carbon emission in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the main ways of developing carbon finance and the advantages and constraints of developing carbon finance, we think it is necessary to develop carbon emissions trading in Xinjiang and establish a regional carbon finance trading market.
