Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) is closely related to Alzheimer's disease (AD). In the pathogenesis of AD,Nrf2 has effects on antioxidant stress, reduce the toxicity of Aβ,anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective . The Traditional Chinese Medicine can regulate the signal transduction of Nrf2 and improve AD.
