鄂木斯克债券是指在1917年“十月革命”后,叛逃到俄国远东地区的老沙皇余孽,原海军上将高尔察克为首的鄂木斯克临时政府发行的一种债券式纸币。这些具有军票性质的纸币曾在我国东北及新疆地区强制推行,给这些地区的人民造成了深重灾难。
Omsk bonds refer to the bond banknotes issued by the former Provisional Government of Omsk headed by the former Admiral Kolchak in the aftermath of the 1917 “October Revolution” defection to the old Tsar in the Far East of Russia. . These banknote-bearing banknotes were imposed on the northeastern part of our country and in Xinjiang, causing deep disasters to the people in these areas.
