随着教育改革的深入,师范生就业门槛的提高,社会对教师教育质量的要求也越来越高,中小学教师的职业压力是影响教师专业化成长的重要因素之一,因此,本研究运用教师职业压力调查问卷对337名教师进行调查,通过分析研究,提出有价值的研究成果,从而缓解教师的职业压力并提升教师的整体素质。
With the deepening of education reform, the employment barriers of teachers and students increase, the social requirements of teachers ’education are also getting higher and higher. The occupational pressure of primary and secondary school teachers is one of the important factors that affect the teachers’ professional growth. Therefore, Teacher Career Stress Survey conducted a survey of 337 teachers, through analysis and research, put forward valuable research results, so as to ease the pressure of teachers and enhance the overall quality of teachers.
