员工流动是指人们被一个组织雇用或者离开这个组织的行为,根据员工流动方向可分成流入和流出两种情况。由于企业自身经营的需要而进行招聘或解雇员工,或是员工由于自己本人各方面的考虑而选择求职或离职某企业,从而造成了企业员工的流动性问题。企业对于本身决策导致的员工流动,往往比较容易控制。而对于员工的主动离职则难以控制,因此应该重点研究和分析员工自愿离职问题,加强员工流动造成的对于企业经营的影响的控制。本文以某集团试用
