民商法在我国法律体系中占有重要地位,其独有的特点使其对于私有财产的保护也有着十分关键的作用。但目前在我国,对私有财产的保护仍然存在不少的漏洞,人们的私有财产仍有受到不法侵犯的可能。因此,需要根据我国的实际情况,结合对私有财产保护的特定性,将民商事法律进行完善,以期更好的实现民商法律对私有财产的保护意义。
Civil and commercial law occupies an important position in the legal system of our country. Its unique characteristics make it also have a crucial role in the protection of private property. However, in our country, there are still many loopholes in the protection of private property. People’s private property still has the possibility of being infringed upon by law. Therefore, according to the actual situation in our country, combined with the particularity of the protection of private property, the civil and commercial law should be perfected in order to better realize the protection of private property by civil and commercial law.
