It introduces some academic ideas published by Eugen Vest in the Austrian public academic publication in 1948 in order to provide a perspective for people to gain an insight into the development of the theory and practice of the terminology school in Vienna, Austria, as well as to further develop Chinese characteristics Terminology theory and practice to provide reference.
