心肌对于缺血的功能性反应是极端迅速的。1935年Tennant及Wiggers观察到,冠状动脉血流中断1分钟内缺血心肌局部的收缩功能便丧失,数分钟后即可见该部位的心肌出现收缩期膨出现象。缺血后再灌注心肌功能恢复所需时间与缺血持续的时间及程度有关,而反复的非致死性的缺血則可引起累积性的损害,这可能与心肌能量物质的耗竭有关。近来一些研究表明,5-氨基咪唑-4-甲酰胺核苷(5-amino-imidazole-4-carb cxamide riboside,简写为AICAR)可加速心肌腺嘌哈核苷酸的合成。本实验的目的在于确定,AICAR对于短暫的反复性缺血/再灌注狗心肌局部运动的影响。
The functional response of the myocardium to ischemia is extremely rapid. In 1935, Tennant and Wiggers observed that systolic function of the ischemic myocardium was lost within 1 minute of interruption of coronary blood flow, and systolic bulging was observed in the myocardium in a few minutes. The time required for myocardial function recovery after ischemia is related to the duration and extent of ischemia, while repeated non-fatal ischemia can cause cumulative damage, which may be related to the depletion of myocardial energy substances. Recently, some studies have shown that 5-amino-imidazole-4-carbocamide riboside (AICAR) can accelerate the synthesis of adenine nucleotides in myocardium. The purpose of this experiment was to determine the effect of AICAR on local myocardial ischemia in dogs with recurrent ischemia / reperfusion.
