从“产品创新”“管理创新”和“人员创新”三个方面构建了会展企业服务创新驱动因素指标体系并测算各驱动因素的权重.表明,“产品创新”对会展企业服务创新的驱动力最强,“新产品市场化过程”决定“产品创新”程度,“高层管理者的持续创新精神”和“基层管理者的创新意识”在所有三级指标中分别占有最高权重和最低权重.依据测算结果为会展企业服务创新工作提出了初步建议.“,”The study constructs the indicator system of the service innovation driving factors for MICE enterprise from three aspects of “product innovation”, “management innovation” and “personnel innovation” and measures the weight of each driving factor. The results show that “product innovation” has the strongest driving force for service innovation of MICE enterprises; the “new product marketization process” determines the degree of “product innovation”, the “continuous innovation spirit of top managers” and “innovation awareness of grassroots managers” respectively occupy the highest and lowest weight in all three-level indicators. Based on the calculation results,some preliminary suggestions are put forward for the service innovation of MICE enterprises.
