研究了激光焊接工艺参数对金刚石锯片焊接质量和焊缝成分组织及性能的影响．结果表明，激光功率、焊速、离焦量等对焊接质量有影响．焊缝组织由ａ－Ｆｅ和γ-（Ｆｅ，Ｎｉ）涸溶相组成． The effects of laser welding process parameters on the welding quality of diamond saw blade and the microstructure and properties of the weld were studied. The results show that the laser power, welding speed, the amount of defocus and other effects on the quality of welding. Weld organization consists of a-Fe and γ- (Fe, Ni) dry dissolved phase composition.
