采用带材厚0.2mm、冲压成形高度(HO)为0.33mm的碟形弹簧,如何进行行程(F)及力(N)的测量,该碟形弹簧的行程只有0.075mm,外界各种因素对行程和力的影响比较大。因此采用一般测力机是无法达到要求的。根据零件的技术要求制造了测力工装。经过十件五次测量行程误差不大于0.03mm,力的测量误差不大于0.5N,且再现性好、稳定性高,满足了对行程及力的测量。并且对精度要求很高的小螺旋弹簧亦可用此方法。
