我厂生产的海螺牌深井抽油泵,质量比较好,国内需求量很大。为了满足用户需要,我们利用原有的井式电炉、台车电炉改作渗氮炉,用于抽油泵缸套的渗氮。原用电子电位差计对炉温进行测量调节,经多次试验发现质景不够稳定,渗氮层深度和硬度不均匀,后改用太原无线电四厂生产的KKw型可控硅控温仪,对炉温进行测量和调节。实践证明KKw型控温仪是一种较为理想的大功率控温设备。
