Jiangsu Nan-Nan, Hong Nan and East Nan three kinds of Phoebe. Purple south and deciduous tree composition deciduous evergreen broad-leaved mixed forest, distributed in the northern and central subtropical regions. Hong Nan and a variety of evergreen broad-leaved trees composed of evergreen mixed woods, only in the Central Asian subtropics. Warm temperate Yuntaishan has a natural distribution of individual plants. East China only found in the subtropical Yaxing, Liyang mountains, scattered stars. Two kinds of Phoebe bournei wood complex is composed of a variety of precious rare species in Jiangsu Province and high-quality timber species. These precious vegetation resources, now not only very few remain, but many are on the brink of extinction. It is imperative to carry out research and rescue work on this precious tree species source. Zhangmu Phoebe trees are mostly precious wood species, mainly distributed in the South subtropical region. The average annual temperature of Jiangsu is 13 ° -16 ° C due to the three biological climatic zones of 116 ° 22’-121 ° 55’E and 30 ° 46’-35 ° 72’N, trans-temperate zone, northern subtropical zone and middle subtropical zone. The coldest average temperature of -1.5-3.3 ℃, the absolute minimum temperature of -8.7--2.33 ℃, the annual rainfall of 700-1200 mm, the natural distribution of Phoebe bournei, red south and east Nan three Phoebe. The first two Phoebe and other species composition of mixed wood, flora complex. This rare and precious variety of rare species in Jiangsu Province and timber species, is a very valuable vegetation resources. Unfortunately, there is very little left, urgent rescue and protection measures taken.
