基于数字化变电站现阶段的技术条件,提出在变压器保护装置和与其相邻的保护装置中配置故障方向元件,通过通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)方式交换各自就地测量的故障方向信息,共同实现变压器后备保护功能。在变压器主保护拒动各种工况下,探讨了GOOSE方式变压器后备保护的动作策略。研究表明保护新方法具有自适应性强、智能开关能与保护装置协调工作、选择性强、动作速度快等特点。
Based on the current technical conditions of digital substation, it is proposed to dispose fault directional elements in the transformer protection device and its adjacent protection devices, to exchange the fault directional information of each in-situ measurement through the common object-oriented substation event (GOOSE) Backup protection function. Under the different conditions of main protection of transformer, the strategy of backup protection of GOOSE transformers was discussed. Research shows that the new protection method has the advantages of self-adaptability, intelligent switch coordination with the protection device, strong selectivity and fast moving speed.
