目的:观察比较两组患儿治疗前后颌面部硬组织的变化 ,以了解使用口外弓矫治安氏 错牙合的最佳治疗时期。方法:通过 Kloehn口外弓推磨牙向后与 Edgewise矫治器联合应用于 7~ 8岁组与 10~ 11岁组安氏 错牙合患儿 ,对治疗前后 X线头影测量及模型测量进行分析比较。 结果 :发现 7~ 8岁组患儿上磨牙远移的距离大于10~ 11岁组的患儿 ,7~ 8岁组患儿上颌骨向前生长所受抑制较 10~ 11岁组明显 ,7~ 8岁组患儿替牙期选用口外弓的治疗效果较 10~ 11岁组为好。 结论 :使用口外弓矫治安氏 错牙合的最佳时期为 7~ 8岁。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of the maxillofacial hard tissues before and after treatment in two groups of children, so as to understand the best treatment period of correction of malocclusion with malocclusion. Methods: X-ray cephalometry and model measurement before and after treatment were compared between Kloehn's extraoral arch molars and the Edgewise appliance in children aged 7 to 8 years and 10 to 11 years old. Results: It was found that the distance of upper molars in children aged 7-8 was longer than that in children aged 10-11 years. The growth of maxillary bone in children aged 7-8 was significantly inhibited compared with that in age group 10-11. 8-year-old group of children for oral use of the treatment of oral bow outside the better than 10 to 11-year-old group. Conclusion: The optimal period for correction of malocclusion with malocclusion is 7 ~ 8 years old.
