目的 :探讨纤维支气管镜 (纤支镜 )检查在胸部X线检查基础上对咯血病因诊断的价值。方法 :173例咯血患者的胸部X线检查与纤支镜检查结果进行对照分析。结果 :173例咯血患者胸部X线检查发现异常 172例 (99.4% )。经纤支镜检查主要结果 :恶性肿瘤 93例 (5 3.8% )、结核 41例 (2 3 .7% )、炎症 11例 (6 .4% )及其它 2 8例 (16 .2 % )。纤支镜检查为病灶定性及咯血病因诊断率达 89.0 % (15 4/ 173)。结论 :纤支镜检查在胸部X线检查基础上对咯血病因诊断有临床实用价值
Objective: To investigate the value of bronchoscopy (bronchoscopy) in the diagnosis of hemoptysis based on chest X-ray examination. Methods: Thirty-seven patients with hemoptysis underwent chest X-ray examination and bronchoscopy examination. Results: There were 172 cases (99.4%) of abnormal chest X-ray examination in 173 patients with hemoptysis. The main results of bronchoscopy: 93 cases (53.8%) of malignant tumors, 41 (23.7%) cases of tuberculosis, 11 (6.4%) cases of inflammation and 28 (16.2%) cases of other 28 cases. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy for the diagnosis of disease and hemoptysis was diagnosed as 89.0% (15 4/173). Conclusion: Fiberoptic bronchoscopy has clinical value of diagnosis of hemoptysis on the basis of chest X-ray examination
