在机械装配过程中,经常把铜套镶入孔座,铜套对孔座一般为过盈配合。在常温下,铜套压入或打入孔座时,铜套内孔要收缩。为保证收缩后的铜套与轴的配合间隙,一般采用铜套内孔留加工余量,镶入后再进行镗削加工;无法镗削的就用手上刮研,费时费力,工效不高。
