Film is a cultural product, it must be released through the show, to enter the circulation of the area in order to achieve its value. After the war of resistance against Japan ended, the film industry in China was decentralized. Films produced by the film were vulgar, the fares of theaters were expensive, the management of the distribution screening market was chaotic, and ordinary people could not watch the movies basically. After the founding of New China, the party and the state attached great importance to the development of the movie industry and demanded that the cultural front should undertake the propaganda task of “serving the workers, peasants and soldiers and serving the workers, peasants and soldiers” and “providing literature and art for political service.” The economic front gradually became enterprise-oriented and profitable.
