本文以1946—1948年美棉大量输入的历史现象为考察对象,研究这一时期中国棉纺织业发展的原料供给问题,以及国民党政府部分经济政策与棉纺织业发展的关系问题。原料奇缺是这一时期中国棉纺织业面临的最基本问题,而美棉大量输入,则是国民党政府为解决这一问题采取的最重要对策。本文通过梳理美棉大量输入的条件和原因,美棉输入的途径、数量和分配方式等史实,分析研究美棉输入所产生的直接作用和广泛影响。
This article takes a large number of historical phenomena imported from the United States between 1946 and 1948 as the object of study to study the supply of raw materials for the development of China’s cotton textile industry during this period and the relationship between the economic policies of some Kuomintang government departments and the development of cotton textile industry. The shortage of raw materials is the most basic issue China’s cotton textile industry is facing during this period. The massive importation of U.S. cotton is the most important countermeasure that the Kuomintang government has taken to solve this problem. In this paper, by analyzing the conditions and causes of the large input of the U.S. cotton and the historical data of the input, quantity and allocation of the U.S. cotton, the paper analyzes and studies the direct and broad effects of the U.S. cotton input.
