冶金固废资源化利用是21世纪钢铁行业面临的重大课题,脱除冶金固废中有害元素并回收有益元素成为了其中的关键技术。提出了一种全新的冶金固废提铁脱锌技术,将冶金尘泥制成双层结构的复合球团,并进行了复合球团自还原微爆裂试验研究和工业应用试验。结果表明,将复合球团加入到铁水罐中,取得了良好的还原效果,利用铁水罐余热和铁水的热能预热复合球,致使复合球团产生自还原并发生微爆裂反应,从而为还原反应提供更多的反应界面、更佳的动力学和热力学条件,实现了含铁、锌尘泥的高效综合利用。
Utilization of Metallurgical Solid Waste Resources is a major issue facing the steel industry in the 21st century. Removing the harmful elements from metallurgical solid waste and recovering beneficial elements has become one of the key technologies. A new metallurgical solid waste iron extraction dezincification technology was proposed. The metallurgical dust was made into double-layered composite pellets, and the self-reducing micro-burst test of composite pellets and industrial application tests were carried out. The results showed that the composite pellets were added into the hot metal tank, and the good reduction effect was achieved. The composite ball was preheated by using the residual heat of the hot metal tank and the thermal energy of the molten iron, resulting in the self-reduction and microburst reaction of the composite pellets, Provide more reaction interface, better kinetic and thermodynamic conditions, and achieve efficient and comprehensive utilization of iron-bearing and dust-bearing zinc dust.
