陕西省政府日前在西咸新区召开全省城市地下综合管廊和海绵城市建设工作推进会,副省长庄长兴出席会议并讲话。会议提出,到2020年,全省要建成运营100公里以上具有国内先进水平的地下综合管廊,在建500公里以上。到2020年,各设区市建成区20%以上的面积要将70%的降雨就地消纳和利用,到2030年将这一面积比例提高到80%以上。会议强调,各地要转变城市发展思路,树立城市发展新理 Shaanxi Provincial Government recently held in Xixian New District underground pipe and sponge City Construction Promotion Association, Vice Governor Zhuang Changxing attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting proposed that by 2020, the province should build more than 100 kilometers of underground integrated corridors with domestic advanced level and more than 500 kilometers under construction.
