为加强农村基层组织建设,增强村干部岗位的吸引力,遂川县从2003年开始进行了积极探索,制定并全面推行《遂川县村党支部书记、村委会主任“星级管理办法”》,实行积分评“星”、依“星”定绩、按绩计酬,将政治待遇、经济报酬与工作业绩挂钩,创新了村“两委”干部的激励、保障机制,从源头上激发了村“两委”干部的工作积极性。目前,全县558名在职村党支部书记、村委会主任全部参加了养老保险,共发放奖励基金65万元,县、乡、村共为村干部缴纳社会养老保险资金143.5万元,今年从村干部中选招了2人到乡镇站所工作,村干部普遍感到工作有干头、生活有盼头、前程有奔头。
