食管贲门癌为一发病率较高的恶性肿瘤,其发病年龄多在40岁以上,最幼者21岁。我院近期收治2例青年贲门癌误诊为贲门失驰,总结教训如下。例1男,18岁,住院号:45197。因吞咽食物阻挡感半年就诊为贲门失驰,给予解痉药物治疗2月,无明显好转,于1980年4月以贲门失驰收住院。体检:T36.8°C,P90次,Bp120/80,神志清,轻度贫血貌,表浅淋巴结无肿大,心肺末见异常,腹平软,无包块,上腹压疼。
Esophageal and cardiac cancer is a malignant tumor with a high incidence rate. Its age of onset is more than 40 years old, and the youngest is 21 years old. The recent admission of 2 cases of cardiac cancer in our hospital was misdiagnosed as discomfort. The lessons learned are as follows. Example 1 Male, 18 years old, hospital number: 45,197. Due to swallowing food obstruction for half a year, he was treated as a discomfort. He received antispasmodic medication for 2 months and no significant improvement was found. He was hospitalized in April 1980 with a loss of hospitality. Physical examination: T36.8°C, P90 times, Bp120/80, clear mind, slight anaemia, superficial lymph nodes without enlargement, abnormal heart and lungs, abdomen soft, no mass, upper abdominal pain.
