采集了20名青年男性受试者在不同转弯步态下进行90°转弯以及直走时支撑相下肢髋关节、膝关节和踝关节的三维运动学数据.研究发现:旋转式转弯步态与直走步态相比髋关节的外展、内旋、外旋峰值角度增大,内收峰值角度减小;膝关节的屈曲峰值角度减小,外展峰值角度增加;踝关节的外展、内收、外旋、内旋峰值角度都增大,屈曲峰值角度减小.跨步式转弯步态与直走步态相比较,髋关节内收峰值角度增大,外展角度减小;膝关节屈曲峰值角度减小,内收峰值角度增加;踝关节的屈曲角度增加.表明跨步式转弯对下肢髋关节、膝关节、踝关节的三维运动学特征的影响小于旋转式,跨步式转弯步态比旋转式转弯步态更简单和稳定.
