通过双级雾化过程分析, 建立了雾滴经历两次破碎的飞行和冷却数学模型, 并进行了模拟计算; 利用模拟计算结果分析了雾化工艺参数, 并通过实验进行了初步的验证。结果表明: 该模型基本能预测双级雾化雾滴的飞行和冷却过程, 可为双级雾化工艺参数的选择提供理论依据
Through the analysis of two-stage atomization process, the mathematical model of the flight and cooling under which the droplet has been subjected to two times of crushing was established, and the simulation calculation was carried out. The atomization process parameters were analyzed by the simulation results and the preliminary verification was carried out through experiments. The results show that this model can basically predict the flight and cooling process of two-stage atomized droplets, and provide a theoretical basis for the selection of two-stage atomization process parameters
