采用高效液相色谱法,对22%阿维菌素·螺螨酯悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。使用WatersNova-Pak3.9mm×150mm,4μm C_(18)不锈钢色谱柱和PDA996二极管阵列紫外检测器,以甲醇+水(85+15)为流动相,在245nm波长处采用外标法定量。阿维菌素、螺螨酯标准偏差分别为0.018、0.037,变异系数分别为0.88%、0.19%,平均回收率分别为99.81%、99.95%。该分析方法简单、可靠、快速,适用于制剂中有效成分的定量分析。
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to separate and quantify 22% abamectin spirodiclofezin suspension. A WatersNova-Pak 3.9mm × 150mm, 4μm C 18 stainless steel column and a PDA996 diode array UV detector were used. The mobile phase was methanol + water (85 + 15) and quantified by external standard method at a wavelength of 245nm. The standard deviations of avermectin and spirodiclofen were 0.018,0.037 and the coefficients of variation were 0.88% and 0.19%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.81% and 99.95%, respectively. The analysis method is simple, reliable and rapid, suitable for the quantitative analysis of active ingredients in the preparation.
