窦房传导时间在过去一直用心房程序刺激法(Strauss氏)或连续刺激法(Narula氏)间接地测算。自开展应用窦房结电位描记后,现已能直接测定。但有关直接与间接测定资料的对比研究仍然不多,再者,在不同作者的研究中,常仅与一种间接测定法作对比,且发表不一致的结果。本文的目的是:研究在正常人与病窦(SSS)患者自窦房结电位描记测定的窦房传导时间,並与同组病人用两种间接方法所测得的数值进行对比。
Sinoatrial conduction time has been measured indirectly in the past using either Strauss’s or Narula’s. Since the implementation of the application of sinoatrial electrogram tracing, it has been directly measured. However, there are still not many comparative studies on direct and indirect data. In addition, in the studies of different authors, it is often compared with only one indirect assay and published inaccurate results. The purpose of this paper is to study the time taken for the sinoatrial transmission measured by the sinoatrial node potentiometry in normal and sick sinus (SSS) patients and to compare them with the values measured by two indirect methods in the same group of patients.
