津秦客运专线引入秦山地区的施工过渡方案,涉及运营部门较多,改建工程量大。在论述施工过渡方案的基本原则与思路的基础上,提出4个施工过渡方案,并从运营安全、施工作业干扰及难度、施工工期、市政配套工程、行包业务、旅客乘降条件和过渡工程总投资方面,进行方案技术经济比较并给出推荐方案。
