目的探讨女性外阴部乳房外湿疹样癌彻底切除后创面应用阴股沟皮瓣修复的方法和效果。方法根据女性会阴部阴股沟区的应用解剖学基础和手术切除术后缺损创面大小,设计同侧的阴股沟皮瓣修复外阴部皮肤恶性肿瘤切除后创面。结果 5例外阴部乳房外湿疹样癌患者切除后阴股沟皮瓣修复,皮瓣全部成活,随访3年,术区外形良好,未见复发,效果满意。结论阴股沟皮瓣血供安全可靠,操作简便,成活率高,旋转修复方便,适合修复外阴部皮肤恶性肿瘤切除后创面。 Objective To investigate the method and effect of application of Yin-groove flap in the repair of female genital extramammary eczema-like carcinoma after radical resection. Methods According to the applied anatomy of the pubic area of ​​the perineal area and the size of the wounds after surgical resection, we designed the ipsilateral Yin - shan skin flap to repair the wounds after excision of malignant tumors in the vulva. Results In 5 cases of extramammary extramammary eczema-like carcinoma, the genital flaps were repaired and the flaps survived for 3 years. The appearance of the operation area was good and no recurrence was found. The results were satisfactory. Conclusions The blood supply of the Yin - groove skin flap is safe, reliable, easy to operate, has high survival rate, is convenient to be revolved and repaired, and is suitable for repairing wounds after resection of genital skin malignancies.
