目的:建立阿戈美拉汀中微量镍的测定方法。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法,在221.648 nm处测定,用阿戈美拉汀炽灼后的残渣制备供试品溶液,采用标准曲线法测定镍的含量。结果:镍在0.025~1.000μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),精密度RSD为0.63%,检出限为0.000 8μg·ml-1,定量限为0.003μg·ml-1,平均回收率为99.4%(RSD为2.20%,n=9)。结论:该法简便、灵敏、准确性好,可用于阿戈美拉汀中微量镍的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of trace nickel in agomelatine. Methods: Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was used to determine the content of nickel at 221.648 nm. The solution was prepared from the residue after agomelatine incandescence. The content of nickel was determined by standard curve method. Results: The linearity of nickel in the range of 0.025-1.000μg · ml-1 was good (r = 0.999 8), the precision RSD was 0.63%, the detection limit was 0.000 8μg · ml-1, the limit of quantification was 0.003μg · ml -1, with an average recovery of 99.4% (RSD 2.20%, n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the determination of trace nickel in agomelatine.
