我院自1978年起采用国产的~(133)氙生理盐水溶液和四探头综合功能测定仪,在动物实验的基础上,对正常人和一些呼吸道疾病患者进行~(133)氙分区动态的肺功能测定。现将20名健康献血员(男17名,女3名;年龄25~28岁)的肺功能测定结果作一初步报道。方法和结果将惰性气体~(133)氙溶于生理盐水,经静脉注射后,随血流到肺部,其中95%的~(133)氙由血液内逸到肺泡,再由肺泡经呼吸道排出体外.其排出的快慢和肺内浓度的变化,反映出肺部该处的血流相通气情况.~(133)氙放出的γ射线,通过自动记录仪在体外描记出~(133)氙变化的曲线,从描记曲线计算出
