借助计算机对电力系统分散控制策略进行离线设计是电力系统综合的主要方法,但分散最优控制器设计的关键在于二次性能指标:J=1/2 integral from ∞ to 0 (x~T Qx+u~T Ru)dt 中权阵(Q,R)的确定,已有的关于这方面的结果不尽令人满意.本文给出了一新的算法来计算(Q,R),这一算法在计算机上很容易实现,本文首先给出了系统状态和控制作用的相对大小的定量描述,然后根据这一描述对状态和控制分别进行加权而给出(Q,R)的一套求法,最后将这一结果应用到两个实际的电力系统(单机无穷大系统和西北电网),并给出了设计结果,计算机仿真表明这一算法是可行的.
Off-line design of decentralized control strategy of power system by computer is the main method of power system synthesis. However, the key of decentralized optimal controller design is secondary performance index: J = 1/2 integral from ∞ to 0 (x ~ T Qx + (Q, R) in u ~ T Ru dt, the existing results in this respect are unsatisfied.This paper presents a new algorithm to calculate (Q, R) It is very easy to realize on the computer. Firstly, this paper gives a quantitative description of the relative state of the system state and the control action, and then gives a set of (Q, R) based on the description of the state and the control respectively. Finally, Applying this result to two real power systems (single-machine infinity system and northwest power grid), and giving the design results, computer simulation shows that this algorithm is feasible.
