目的评价西药联合生精胶囊治疗少、弱精子症的疗效。方法我们通过检索近十五年PubMed、Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews、EMbase、知网、万方数据库中关于西药联合生精胶囊治疗少、弱精子症的随机对照研究(RCTs),同时筛检纳入文献的参考文献,对纳入研究的方法学进行评价。研究者对文献质量进行严格评价和资料提取,对符合质量标准的RCTs用Review manager 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 6个RCTs共584名患者纳入研究,其中治疗组(使用西药加生精胶囊)346例,对照组(西药治疗)238例。Meta分析结果表明治疗组临床疗效即总有效率优于对照组(P<0.00001)。2组治疗后精液各参数变化比较,精子密度、活力、活动率等均有极显著性差异(P<0.000 01)。结论西药联合生精胶囊治疗少精、弱精症能有效提高精子数量和精子活力,起到生精助育的作用。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of western medicine combined with sperm capsule on less asthenospermia. Methods We searched the literature of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the treatment of oligozoospermia and asthenospermia in the past fifteen years in the PubMed, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, EMbase, CNKI and Wanfang database. Of the references, to evaluate the methodology involved in the study. The researchers conducted rigorous evaluation of the quality of the literature and data extraction, and Meta-analysis of RCTs meeting the quality criteria was conducted using Review manager 5.0 software. Results A total of 584 patients were enrolled in the study. Of the 6 RCTs, 346 were treated with jasheng capsule and 238 in the control group (western medicine). Meta analysis showed that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group, the total effective rate was better than the control group (P <0.00001). There was significant difference in sperm density, vitality and activity between the two groups after treatment (P <0.000 01). Conclusion Western medicine combined sperm capsule treatment of oligozoospermia, asthenospermia can effectively increase the number of sperm and sperm motility, plays a role in spermatogenesis.
