本文研制了一种用于不锈钢表面氧化皮常温快速清洗的新型固体除锈剂,介绍了工艺配方与操作条件,定性讨论了除锈剂中各组分的性能、作用。试验结果表明工艺流程简单,产品效果显著,适于快速作业,且方便运输。 In this paper, a new type of solid derusting agent for rapid cleaning of stainless steel surface oxide scale at room temperature was developed. The process recipe and operating conditions were introduced. The properties and functions of each component in the descaling agent were discussed qualitatively. The test results show that the process is simple, the product effect is significant, suitable for fast operation, and convenient transportation.
