研究以ARM9 S3C2440处理器为核心,以嵌入式操作系统ARM-Linux为平台的壁挂两用炉综合性能测试自动检测系统。研究目的旨在提高壁挂炉生产厂家及质量监督部门在检测壁挂两用炉综合性能的效率及精度。该系统硬件部分,采用Pt100热电阻作为温度传感器,燃气流量计,脉冲型水流量计,MAX1148作为AD转换芯片以及相关的执行器件如电磁阀等。软件部分采用嵌入式linux提供的强大图形开发工具Qt/Embedded实现友好的人机交互环境,便于操作,使用方便,可在无PC机的情况下进行检测,从而实现了脱机式应用。
Research ARM9 S3C2440 processor as the core, embedded operating system ARM-Linux platform for dual-use integrated performance test wall furnace automatic detection system. The purpose of the study is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of boiler manufacturers and quality supervision departments in testing the comprehensive performance of wall-mounted dual-purpose furnaces. The hardware part of the system uses Pt100 thermal resistance as temperature sensor, gas flow meter, pulse water flow meter, MAX1148 as AD conversion chip and related execution devices such as solenoid valve. The software part adopts the powerful graphical development tool Qt / Embedded provided by embedded linux to realize friendly human-computer interaction environment, which is easy to operate and easy to use and can be tested without a PC to realize the offline application.
