例1故障现象:一辆南京汽车有限公司2006年生产的菲亚特FIAT-VVT型轿车,巳行驶5.7万公里,装有索尼汽车音响有限公司生产的索尼CDX-2100型CD音响机。故障现象是:插入CD碟后,液晶屏幕背景灯和按键灯可以正常点亮,但碟片无法吸入。液晶屏显示“E-99”。5 s后背景灯和按键灯熄灭,同时液晶屏显示消失,收音机工作正常。分析与检修:CDX-2100的CD部分是一方形独立组件,上部为CD机械部分,下部为CD电路板,CD电路板通过一30个脚连接器与主板相连。CD机激光头为KSS-520AE,CD板上有三片集成电路,RF放大与伺服处

Symptom is: insert the CD disc, the LCD screen backlight and button light can be lit normally, but the disc can not be inhaled. The LCD shows “E-99 ”.
