1施工方案由于大坝基础混凝土体积大,混凝土浇筑必须分块分仓进行,混凝土浇筑仓位的划分一定要和原材料供应能力、拌和能力、运输能力、平仓能力、振捣能力相适应,不然,就会影响混凝土浇筑质量和进度。混凝土仓位太小影响工程进度,混凝土仓位太大有时会出现冷缝,再进行处理也将影响工程进度和质量。在施工中根据砂石料厂的生产规模、现有机械设备的生产能力以及齿槽、建基面的尺寸大小,将上、下游齿槽各分为8块,建基面分为24块,总计40块,136仓。92m的上游齿槽,左右2块各10m,其它6块各12m。由于齿槽混凝土受三面岩石的约束,齿槽每块的第一仓混凝土厚度为1.5m,其余每仓厚度为2.3m,共计80仓,其最大尺寸为12×22×2.3m。下游齿槽长92m,深9.4m,分块情况与上游齿槽相同,共计32仓。建基面长92m,宽46m,将其分为24块,即24仓,其中最大仓为16×12×1m。考虑到温度对混凝土的影响,要求各仓混凝土跳仓浇筑,相邻两仓混凝土浇筑间隔时间最少≥5d。混凝土仓位浇筑次序为先上、下游齿槽后建基面。
