疼痛性周围神经病是由周围神经系统原发病变或功能障碍所导致的疼痛,实际为多种病因的周围神经病变所致的神经疼痛综合征。疼痛机制尚不完全清楚。由于疼痛的顽固和难治性,临床治疗非常棘手。目前国内外对疼痛性周围神经病的治疗策略为:病因治疗、神经修复治疗以及抑制神经疼痛治疗。现将有关研究进展做一综述。 Painful peripheral neuropathy is a pain caused by a primary lesion or dysfunction of the peripheral nervous system and is actually a neuropathic pain syndrome caused by a variety of causes of peripheral neuropathy. The mechanism of pain is not yet fully understood. Due to the stubbornness and refractory pain, clinical treatment is very tricky. At present, the treatment strategies of painful peripheral neuropathy both at home and abroad are as follows: etiological treatment, nerve repair treatment and neuropathic pain suppression treatment. Now the research progress to be reviewed.
