目的对白塞氏综合征的中医及西医发病机制、诊断进行简要探析。方法用抗病毒、糖皮质激素及西医对症联合龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗白塞氏综合征2例。结果因临床症状复杂、易误诊、极罕见,虽然2例但治疗有效率高,随访至今未复发。结论现代医学结合祖国医学的整体观念和辨证论治的理论体系,在治疗该病方面疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the pathogenesis and diagnosis of Behcet’s syndrome in TCM and Western medicine. Methods Two cases of Behcet’s syndrome were treated with anti-virus, glucocorticoid and western medicine combined with Longdan Xiegan decoction. The results due to clinical symptoms complicated, easily misdiagnosed, extremely rare, although 2 cases, but the treatment of high efficiency, follow-up has not relapsed. Conclusion The combination of modern medicine with the concept of holistic medicine as a whole and the theoretical system of syndrome differentiation and treatment have significant curative effect in treating the disease.
