目的:观察冬训初自行车运动员免疫细胞因子y—IFN、IL-4、IL-2的变化,同时与8名正常人进行对照分析。方法:采用ELISA抗体夹心法。结果:实验组运动员的免疫细胞因子y—IFN值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。提示:冬训初期,运动员免疫机能水平较低,可能与长期高强度比赛和训练疲劳的积累有关。积极性身体训练,可有效调整运动员身体免疫机能,降低易感程度,为冬训中、后期的大负荷训练奠定良好的身体基础。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of the immunocytokines y-IFN, IL-4 and IL-2 of cyclists at the beginning of winter training and compare them with 8 normal subjects. Methods: ELISA antibody sandwich method. Results: The immunocytokine y-IFN of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Tip: early winter training, athletes lower level of immune function may be related to the accumulation of long-term high-intensity competitions and training fatigue. Active body training can effectively adjust the body’s immune function and reduce the susceptibility of athletes, laying a good foundation for the heavy-load training in the winter training and the late training.
